How do I place an order online?

At this point we have incorporated online purchase capabilities onto our website. Chance is that you would want to see the interested item before you place your order, and this can done by calling Cecilia at 96525965 for an appt .  Online purchase capabilities will be made available soon. 

Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders at 65-96525965. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM to answer your questions. We'd love to talk to you!

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service at 65-96525965 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but it all depends on whether we have stock of the items you are ordering.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed by using Visa Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed,  please check payable to Celia G Favors and send it to the following address :

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not impose GST charges.

Do you have a minimum-order requirement?

Our minimum quantity per design is 100pcs, please call us if your minimum quantity is less than 100pcs.

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer samples sales, however, you can visit our showroom at 37 Lorong 23 Geylang, #03-06, Yu Li Industrial Building, Singapore 388371.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultant at 65-96525965 for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department.

How long before I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit will be mailed to you (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.

Can I return personalized items?

Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if I got my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call our customer-care department at 65-96525965 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered.

When does my order ship?

Order are shipped within 7 working days after full payment has been received. This is applicable for stock items. For non-stocked items, we will advise you of the delivery schedule.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We use our local post courier services are required to have a physical address for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally but only upon payment clearance and full payment before shipment.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the total quantity ordered. We will let you know the shipping charges before payment is made.

What are your shipping options?

We work with UPS, FEDEX & DHL and offer regular ground shipping, 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium shipping fee. If you like a cheaper mode of shipping than we could use our local Postal Service which is equally good as the international couriers.

I am a importer. Do I get wholesale/bulk pricing ?
